15 JUN SILVERBIRCH HOTELS & RESORTS APPOINTS JIRI RUMLENA AS PRESIDENT
VANCOUVER, BC, June 15, 2021 – SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts (“SilverBirch”) is pleased to announce that Jiri Rumlena has been appointed as President effective immediately. Jiri was previously SilverBirch’s Chief Financial Officer and is a strong organizational leader with a proven track record in the hospitality sector, making him the ideal candidate to assume the role of President.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Rumlena served as SilverBirch’s Chief Financial Officer from 2017 and held other senior finance roles from January 2009. Mr. Rumlena has substantial real estate and hospitality experience having worked in the industry for over 20 years. Mr. Rumlena started his career with KPMG LLP where he provided audit, tax and corporate finance services to clients operating in real estate, hospitality, private equity and financial services industries. Mr. Rumlena is a Charted Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
